Look again at the sample tide table above. Looking at Mon 1st, we can see a high tide of 5.3 metres at 0531 and again at 1754, this time of 5.5 metres. Low tide is 0.7 metres at 1149 and 0.6 metres at 2331.
<p><strong>Current Strength</strong>: The current speed is often indicated next to the arrow. This is usually given in knots. Stronger currents (higher knots) require more experience and skill to navigate safely.</p>Look again at the sample tide table above.
