Instructions for translators	Translate only the NovoScuba Moodle shell interface. This project excludes lesson content, course names and descriptions, category names, and standard Moodle core strings. Preserve PHP placeholders and Moodle string identifiers.
Translation process	Translations can be made directly. Translation suggestions can be made. Translations are reviewed by dedicated reviewers. Any authenticated user can contribute. The translation uses bilingual files.
